Our Nurture Programme uses football as a purposeful and engaging tool to support pupils who may be disengaged from mainstream learning. We recognise that many children face challenges that can make accessing the curriculum difficult, and our sessions are designed to remove barriers by providing a supportive, structured environment. Through carefully planned football experiences, we deliver key curricular messages, develop social and emotional skills, and re-engage learners in a way that feels meaningful and achievable. Coaches build positive relationships while promoting the school’s values, helping pupils to rebuild confidence, routine and a sense of belonging.
